THE THREAD THAT TIES EFFORT WITH DISCOVERY 
        Quarter II | Issue no. 5 | Reflection 


The second quarter felt like crossing a bridge that connected who I was as a learner to who I am becoming. Each lesson served as a plank that I carefully stepped on, supported by patience, curiosity, and effort. I discovered that learning is not just about memorizing words but about understanding the meaning behind them. I learned to listen more, to think deeper, and to appreciate how every small success can build a stronger foundation for growth. Every day felt like adding a new piece to that bridge, one that leads toward confidence and maturity.



There were, however, times when the bridge shook beneath my feet. Some lessons were harder than I expected, and there were moments when I felt unsure of where to step next. Deadlines came quickly, and the weight of responsibilities made me feel like I might fall behind. It was during these moments that I realized challenges are not signs to stop but reminders to keep going carefully, even when the path feels unsteady.

To keep moving forward, I learned to strengthen my footing. I organized my time, sought help from teachers and classmates, and stayed patient with myself. Whenever I stumbled, I took a short pause to breathe before continuing again. I found that learning to manage stress and staying positive helped me keep my balance. Over time, the bridge felt sturdier because of the lessons I learned along the way.


As I move into the next quarter, I will keep walking forward with greater confidence. I will continue building that bridge with effort, focus, and determination. I will remind myself that every challenge crossed makes me stronger and every lesson learned brings me closer to my goals. My journey as a student is far from over, but I now know that growth comes from every careful step I take.

    2nd quarter is indeed harder than we ever expected, but as we continue learning it becomes easier in time. keep up the good work!!

  BE A BEARER OF CHANGE  Issue No. 5 | Clean Up Drive | August 24, 2025 This photo depicts me as I pick up waste in our surroundings that hinder us from having a clean environment.  Through sweeping away the plastic waste found in the corners of our community, we can help build a stronger environment.  You can see here how sweeping leaves in our homes is also factor in our community's beautification.  Through thorough cleaning, we can make our greenery stand out, just like what can be seen in the picture. With a broom and a dustpan, we can make small changes for the betterment of our environment.  Picking up trash along our roads is also a way of helping our community to flourish.  To wrap it up, community involvement and initiative are a must if we want to achieve our goal, which is to attain a greener and brighter environment not only for us, but also for the future generations. It is a heartbeat of memory, echoing through the clatter of horse hooves on cobblestones. Every brick and balcony seems to whisper the stories of people who refuse to forget. In my view, Vigan is a rare thread that ties the Filipino soul to its roots, weaving together history, artistry, and livelihood into one tapestry of pride. The city’s local industries are its lifeblood .
