Hello! I hope all is great! I am Jillian Santiago Bilgera, a student of the Science, Technology, and Engineering Program. You may wonder what qualities or ambitions I have to drive myself into the examination room for the qualifying test. I am well aware that entering this program will open many doors of opportunities that could get me awards, recognitions, and a sense of fulfillment. It's also a chance to build connections with new individuals, considering that I only graduated from a 7-student class.

PAST.PRESENT.FUTURE. 
I reside in San Julian Sur, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, where I spent every year that has passed in my life. During my childhood years, my two brothers, Kuya Jheng and Kuya Raymart served as my companions. And my parents, my Papa Joel and Mommy Delailah have been my wall of strength. I have lived a wonderful 14 years, most of it idyllic and joyful. I could never be more grateful.

Growing up, I have always found myself intrigued by politics and sociology. I know, not so common for a 10-year-old. A factor of this is my brother influencing me with philosphy and literature. Instead of storybooks and fairytales, I grew up learning about how Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon defeated the Titans. I grew up learning about Aristotle's principles, utilitarianism, and a lot more. I also have a keen eye for photography. I find that sceneries of nature somehow make me reach the pinnacle of my existence. I like photographing individuals whom I cherish, and sceneries I treasure. This also coincides with one of the hobbies I've discovered recently, which is painting. I love illustrating views, which will soon be covered with colors of different varieties, enabling it to represent beauty.

Taking into account my love for politics, I decided on the path I should travel in. Political Science. Law. Combining art with knowledge. Integrating literature with justice. Concepts that align with my stars; a path that I know will lead me to success. I am well aware that unexpected circumstances will try to hinder my way, but nevertheless, I would do everything to keep on moving like a meteor, and deplane on the land of my dreams.
